Turkey Paint
A mess-free turkey painting activity where toddlers squish and mix colors to build fine motor skills.
Materials
- Ziploc bag
- Paint (red, brown,, yellow)
- Tape
- A marker
Instructions
- Cut the Ziploc bag along the edges to create two separate pieces.
- Draw a turkey on one piece.
- Flip it over and apply paint (brown for the body, yellow and red for the feathers).
- Carefully place the other bag piece on top and tape the edges to prevent any paint from leaking.
- Place the other bag piece on top and tape the edges to seal.
- Let your toddler press and move the paint around to mix the colors.
Tips
Ask your little one to call out the colors before they start mixing.
