- Blue, pink, white, yellow, and brown construction paper
- Glue

Instructions
- Cut a long yellow triangle to resemble an ice cream cone.
- Cut out scoops from white, brown, and pink paper.
- Have your toddler glue the scoops onto the cone.
- Add sprinkles on top.
Tips
Encourage your toddler to place each scoop one at a time to build the ice cream cone.
